Shipping Policy – Bound Rugs

At Bound Rugs, every piece is made with care and intention. Because of this, all of our rugs are produced as preorder items.

Processing & Production Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This allows us to ensure each rug meets our quality standards.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

Order Status

Since these are preorder items, you may not see immediate movement after placing your order. This is normal while your rug is being crafted. You’ll receive updates once your order is on the way.

Delays

While we do our best to stay within the 4-week timeframe, occasional delays may happen due to high demand or production volume. If this occurs, we will keep you informed.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bound Rugs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Bound Rugs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
